Om Sai Siddhanath Security & Services (OSS) is a Government-approved, PSARA-licensed security and facility services agency headquartered at Market Yard, Phaltan. Since 2010 we have provided trained security guards, event stewards, bouncers, Gurkha guards, fire & safety personnel and housekeeping staff to manufacturing units, construction projects, banks, government departments, hospitals, hotels and residential societies.
What sets us apart is the way we work. Every engagement starts with a site survey and risk assessment. Every guard is screened, police-verified and PSARA-trained before deployment. Every post is supervised through surprise checks, night rounds and a 24×7 communication system, and our replacement policy guarantees that no post is ever left unmanned.
We also take statutory responsibility seriously. PF, ESIC, minimum-wage and PSARA compliance for deployed staff are handled by OSS and documented with every invoice, so our clients get a legally sound security framework along with peace of mind.
